Piña Lima
  • 50ml / 1 ¾ Oz Tequila Reposado
  • 15ml / ½ Oz Fresh Pineapple Juice
  • Dash Peychaud Bitters
  • Topped with East Imperial Yuzu Tonic
  • Garnished with Fresh Lime Slices
  • Fresh Lime Slices
  1. Add Tequila, fresh pineapple juice & Peychaud Bitters to a shaker tin
  2. Pack with ice and hard shake for 5-7 seconds
  3. Fine strain into chilled rocks glass and garnish with fresh lime slices
