The Nassau Collins ties together the richness of aged rum with the vibrant and floral balance of fresh orange and hibiscus to create an overall refreshing and quenching highball.
Ingredients
  • 50ml / 1 ¾ oz Premium Aged Rum
  • 150ml / 5 oz East Imperial Yuzu Lemonade
  • Dash of Orange Bitters
  • Fresh Orange Slices
  • Dried Hibiscus Flowers
Method
  1. Build in chilled highball glass with large cubed ice
  2. Garnish with fresh orange slices and dried hibiscus flowers
