Overview 

For customers looking to return and exchange, our policy is for this to happen within 14 days of purchase. Please note, we are only able to refund or exchange faulty or damaged goods within this time period.

Returns

Refunds and replacements can only be issued if:

  • the goods were purchased directly through East Imperial’s online store
  • the goods are damaged or defective
  • the goods are returned to us within the 14 day period from receipt
     

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customers are required to pay all associated shipping fees when returning an order and are also responsible for ensuring the goods arrive at East Imperial safely in and good condition.

If you feel your claim aligns with our Returns Policy, please email contact+nz@eastimperial.com to coordinate the return. Please include a copy of the original email confirmation,  and also the reason for return. 

 There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition and/or is damaged, or items are missing for reasons, not due to East Imperial’s error


Refunds 

Once your refund is approved, the full order amount will be refunded to your payment card. This will happen within 7 days upon receiving your goods back to East Imperial. Please keep in mind that we cannot cover the cost of your return postage. 

East Imperial will notify you via email once the goods have been received and will also notify you once the refund has taken place.

Please keep in mind that your refund will take a few days to appear on your credit card, but should you still feel there is a problem please email us at contact+nz@eastimperial.com.

Exchanges

We can only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. We are unable to replace bottles that have been opened or if they were purchased via third-party sellers.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
