Where is my order?
Our orders normally dispatch within 48 hours, and get to you within 2-5 business days (urban), 5-8 business days (rural). Please email us at contact+nz@eastimperial.com with your order number if it has been longer than these time frames, and we will follow up for you with our logistics partners.

How do I manage my Subscription?
To pause, cancel or change the products of your subscription; first log in here https://www.eastimperial.nz/account, then proceed to "My Subscriptions" https://www.eastimperial.nz/pages/my-subscriptions.

My order arrived damaged.
We’re sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. Please email us at contact+nz@eastimperial.com with your order number, a description of what has been damaged and photos of the damage, and we will send a replacement to you.

Only part of my order arrived.
Due to the weight and size of our products, we send each case individually. This means that sometimes each case arrives at different times. If your entire order has not arrived within 2-5 business days (urban), 5-8 business days (rural), please email us at contact+nz@eastimperial.com with your order number for us to investigate with our logistics partners.

We’re sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your order. Please email us at contact+nz@eastimperial.com as soon as possible with your order number and if it hasn’t already been dispatched, we will cancel this for you.

Are your products gluten free?
All of our products are gluten free, except the Kima Kola which may contain traces.

What’s the difference between your Old World Tonic and Tonic Water?
Old World Tonic is based on an authentic 1903 recipe and has around half the sugar compared to our Tonic Water. Aside from that, they have the same ingredients. Popular with Bartenders due to its versatility, as they can add their own level of sweetness.
