Badam Highball

Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
  • 50ml / 1 ¾ oz Premium Vodka
  • 10ml / ⅓ oz Orgeat
  • 20ml / ⅔ oz Fresh Lime
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters
  • Topped with East Imperial Grapefruit Tonic
  • Lime Zest
  • Fresh Mint
Method
  1. Add all ingredients except tonic to a shaker tin
  2. Pack with ice and short shake for 5-7 seconds
  3. Fine strain into chilled highball, top with East Imperial Grapefruit Tonic and pack with cubed ice
  4. Garnish with a lime zest and fresh mint
