Whisky Highball

Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
  • 50ml / 1 ¾ Oz Premium Speyside Scotch or Japanese Single Malt
  • 150ml / 5 oz East Imperial Soda Water
  • Lemon Coin
Method
  1. Add whisky & soda to a frozen highball glass
  2. Stir until combined over large format cubes until glass is frosted
  3. Garnish with a lemon coin
