Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
  • 50ml / 1 1/3 fl oz Blended whisky
  • 5ml / 1/6 oz. Creme de Apricot
  • 7.5 ml / 1/4 oz. Lime juice
  • 1 Dash Boston Bitters
  • Top with East Imperial Mombasa Ginger Beer
  • Ruby Red Grapefruit slice
Method
  1. Add whiskey, Creme de Apricot and lime juice to a chilled tall glass
  2. Add a dash of Boston Bitters and pack with quality ice
  3. Then top with East Imperial Mombasa Ginger Beer
  4. Garnish with a slice of fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit
