Livingstone's Rouser

A festive twist on the classic G&T taking on the international flavours of a rhubarb crumble alongside seasonal fruit from the Southern Hemisphere

The flavour profile is based around the original 1853 quinine “rouser” tablets created by Dr Livingstone that included rhubarb concentrate and a rice grain flavour.

INGREDIENTS
  1. 50ml London Dry Gin
  2. East Imperial Xmas Tonic Water
  3. Large slice of fresh Pineapple
METHOD

Pack a wine glass with quality ice, add gin and 1 bottle of Christmas Tonic Water. Slice a thick wedge of fresh pineapple and slide down the side of the glass.
