A festive twist on the classic G&T taking on the international flavours of a rhubarb crumble alongside seasonal fruit from the Southern Hemisphere
The flavour profile is based around the original 1853 quinine “rouser” tablets created by Dr Livingstone that included rhubarb concentrate and a rice grain flavour.
Ingredients
- 50ml London Dry Gin
- East Imperial Xmas Tonic Water
- Large slice of fresh Pineapple
Method
- Pack a wine glass with quality ice, add gin and 1 bottle of Christmas Tonic Water
- Slice a thick wedge of fresh pineapple and slide down the side of the glass
