French Quarter
  • 40ml / 1 ⅓ oz Rye Whiskey
  • 20ml / ⅔ oz Cognac
  • Dash of Absinthe
  • Dash of Peychaud's Bitters
  • Topped with East Imperial Old World Tonic
  • Lemon Zest
  1. Add rye, cognac, absinthe and bitters to a frozen mixing glass
  2. Pack with cubed ice and stir until mixing glass is frosted
  3. Pour into a rocks glass and top with a dash of East Imperial Old World Tonic
  4. Add a large ice cube and garnish with a lemon zest
