Royal G&T
- 50ml / 1 3/4 fl oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
- 150ml / 5 fl oz East Imperial Royal Botanic Tonic
- Garnish with sage leaf & orange zest
Method
- Chill a tall glass
- Pack with plenty of quality ice
- Build your G&T (add gin, then tonic water)
- Cut a thin slice of grapefruit zest and remove the pith
- Add zest and sage sprig down side of glass

Dirty Martini
- 75ml / 2.5oz The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
- 15ml / 0.5oz Dry vermouth (chilled from the fridge)
- Classic garnish: Lemon peel twist
- Alternative garnish: Lemon balm
Method
- Chill a Nick and Nora glass by filling with ice
- Fill a mixing glass with 2/3 good quality ice
- Add all the ingredients and stir continuously for at least 30 seconds to allow the ingredients to chill and dilute slightly
- Empty the ice out of the glass
- Strain into your chilled glass
- Garnish with a lemon twist or lemon balm

Grower's Quench
- 50ml / 1 1/3 oz. The Botanist Islay Dry Gin
- 30ml / 1 oz. Green apple cider
- 7.5ml / 1/3 oz. Lime juice
- 1 Dash black walnut bitters
- East Imperial Old World Tonic
- Garnish with apple slices & grapefruit zest
Method
- Chill a tumbler glass by filling with ice
- Add gin, cider and lime juice and a dashe of walnut bitters
- Carefully place one extra large ice cube
- Top with East Imperial Old World Tonic
- Garnish with thin slices of green apple and a thin grapefruit zest
