Batch distilled after a 24 hour activated maceration in a sustainable neutral base spirit, this gin features juniper, grapefruit, coriander seed, gorse flower, Kawakawa berries, and Motueka hops. Bottled at a hefty 45% ABV. Perfectly paired with our Yuzu Tonic which has a robust citrus bomb upfront with the yuzu zest playing hero alongside the bitterness of quinine. Sherbet finish with a moorish sweet floral note.
