Inspired by the spectacular Cape Palliser Lighthouse on the southernmost tip of the North Island of New Zealand, each bottle of Lighthouse Gin contains a unique blend of botanicals, including fresh zest from New Zealand Navel oranges and Yen Ben lemons. Perfectly paired with our Yuzu Lemonade which is bright, fresh and floral. Initial palate is punchy with fresh citrus and a touch of sweetness, developing into a robust and full-bodied palate with a velvet like mouth feel. The finish is crisp and dry with the carbonation serving floral notes of yuzu and citrus pith.
