Pine forest, white pepper and spices linger on the nose with tons of delicious plum and blackberry. The gin is beautifully balanced with a delicious sweetness and nice tannins to finish. This is paired perfectly with our Yuzu Tonic which has a robust citrus bomb upfront with the yuzu zest playing hero alongside the bitterness of quinine. The finish is somewhat sherbert with a moorish floral and sweet note.
