Dr Beak Premium Dry Gin is blended with thirteen botanicals and lifted with citrus & spice. Earthy notes round out the palate, with a dash of New Zealand ocean breeze.
Using whey-based neutral spirit, each run is batch distilled after the junipers have gone through a 24 hour activated maceration.
This is paired perfectly with our Yuzu Tonic which has a robust citrus bomb upfront with the yuzu zest playing hero alongside the bitterness of quinine. The finish is somewhat sherbert with a moorish floral and sweet note.
