Inspired by the spectacular Cape Palliser Lighthouse on the southernmost tip of the North Island of New Zealand, each bottle of Lighthouse Gin contains a unique blend of botanicals, including fresh zest from New Zealand Navel oranges and Yen Ben lemons.
Perfectly paired with our Christmas Tonic Water - fresh and light up front with notes of rhubarb and lime. Buttery and savoury biscuit crumble leads the mid-palate and finishes dry and herbaceous with quinine and rhubarb.
We've also added a 10x 180ml pack of East Imperial Tonic Water. Our Tonic Water is elegantly crafted and contemporary tasting, with the highest quinine levels available in the market. Rounded out with top notes of Thai Lemongrass and Manao Lime.
