Handcrafted by the team down in Cardrona comes The Source Gin, non-chill-filtered and produced using a mix of rosehip, lemon peel, orange zest alongside the traditional juniper, coriander and angelica root.

This is paired perfectly with our Yuzu Tonic which has a robust citrus bomb upfront with the yuzu zest playing hero alongside the bitterness of quinine. The finish is somewhat sherbert with a moorish floral and sweet note.
