East Imperial IPA Syrup


  • 1x Can IPA

  • 330g Castor Sugar
  • 2g Citric Acid


  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until sugar has dissolved
  2. Funnel syrup into a bottle, label with the date and keep chilled
  3. Give the syrup a 1 month best before date

Serving Suggestion

  • Add 15ml to a Gin & Tonic for extra herbaceousness
  • Add 5-10ml to your favourite classic cocktail to bring a bitterness and sweetness
