IPA Syrup
Recipe

1x Can IPA
- 330g Castor Sugar
- 2g Citric Acid
Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until sugar has dissolved
- Funnel syrup into a bottle, label with the date and keep chilled
- Give the syrup a 1 month best before date
Serving Suggestion
- Add 15ml to a Gin & Tonic for extra herbaceousness
- Add 5-10ml to your favourite classic cocktail to bring a bitterness and sweetness

40ml Herbaceous Gin , 15ml IPA Syrup, 150ml East Imperial Yuzu Tonic - Garnished with Seasonal Berries & Mint
