Ingredients
  • 50ml / 1 3/4 fl oz London Dry Gin
  • 150ml / 5 fl oz East Imperial Yuzu Lemonade
  • Mandarin Segments
  • Mint Sprig
Method
  1. Build in chilled highball, fill with ice and top with Yuzu Lemonade
  2. Garnish with 3 mandarin segments and a sprig of mint
