Growers' Quench
  • 50ml / 1 1/3 oz. London dry gin
  • 30ml / 1 oz. Green apple cider
  • 7.5ml / 1/3 oz. Lime juice
  • 1 Dash black walnut bitters
  • Top with East Imperial Old World Tonic
  • Apple slices
  • Grapefruit zest with pith removed
  1. Add gin, cider, lime juice and a dash of walnut bitters to a chilled short tumbler
  2. Fill with one large piece of ice and top with East Imperial Old World Tonic
  3. Garnish with thin slices of green apple and a thin grapefruit zest
