Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
  • 15ml / 1/2 oz. Savoury / herbaceous style gin
  • 10ml / 1/3 oz. Violet syrup
  • Dash of Balsamic vinegar
  • Top with East Imperial Superior Soda Water
  • Long cucumber slice
  • Grapefruit zest
Method
  1. Take a chilled short glass and add the gin, violet syrup and a dash of balsamic vinegar
  2. With a vegetable peeler cut a long thin slice of cucumber, prepare grapefruit zest by removing all the pith with a sharp pairing knife
  3. Slide both garnishes down the length of the glass and top with East Imperial Superior Soda Water
