Rich, resinous and luxurious - the first frost is an ode to the changing of seasons, a refreshing, warming highball to get you ready for winter. The combination of sloe berries, juniper and yuzu delivers an umami balance, showcasing resinous savoury notes and bright citrus in harmony on the palate.
Ingredients
  • 50ml / ¾ fl .oz Rutte Sloe Gin
  • 150ml / 5 fl .oz East Imperial Yuzu Tonic
  • Fresh Mint
Method
  1. Add all ingredients to a highball glass
  2. Pack with cubed ice and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint
