Dusty Dove

Ingredients

• 45ml / 1 1/2 fl oz Reposado tequila
• 150ml / 5 fl oz East Imperial Grapefruit Soda
• 7.5ml / 1/4 oz. Suze
• Half a grapefruit wheel

Method

1. Build in a chilled kosher salt rimmed collins glass
2. Add quality ice
3. Garnish with half a grapefruit wheel (or a quarter pomelo wheel when in season)
