Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
  • 50ml / 1 1/3 fl oz Black rum
  • 5ml / 1/6 fl oz Creme de Mure
  • 7.5ml / 1/4 oz. Lemon juice
  • 1 dash of chocolate bitters
  • Top with East Imperial Thai Dry Ginger Ale
  • Mint sprig
  • Brambles / blackberries
Method
  1. Add rum, Creme de Mure and lemon juice to a chilled rocks glass and pack with quality ice
  2. Top with East Imperial Thai Dry Ginger Ale and a dash of chocolate bitters and stir gently
  3. Garnish with berries and a sprig of mint
