Cocktail Recipe
We showcase verjus in this drink to give an almost Champagne-like nature, helping it to open up the natural sweetness in citrus, and also drive the liquorice and floral notes found in our Old World Tonic.
Ingredients
- 50ml / 1 ¾ oz Premium Vodka
- 15ml / ½ oz Verjus
- 15ml / ½ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- Dash Peychaud's Bitters
- Topped with East Imperial Old World Tonic
- Orange Zest
- Single Fresh Grape
Method
- Add all ingredients except tonic to a shaker tin, pack with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Fine strain into chilled coupette and top with Old World Tonic
- Garnish with a single grape and and orange zest
